Ian Longdon worked along side Paul  Smith at the Bird Cage Boutique in Nottingham in the 1960s. This is a pretty mini dress in a red and white crepe material.  It has a bow detail at the  front and a zip at the back.  It is a size 8 or evn 6 and is very tiny.  There is no longer any elastsic in the sleeves.  It measures 75 cm in length down the centre back, 40 cm across the chest from underneath each arm hole and the sleeves are approximately 24 cm in length.  There is a 6.5 cm hem.  There is a small mark on the bow in the middle.
