International Textiles Magazine September 1969, No. 451 with a front cover by Rene Gruau, who illustrated all the covers from 1946 to 1984.  The magazine was published in Amsterdam but with text in English, French and German.  They are spiral bound, containing fashion and advertisements, often with fabric swatches.   This edition has 176 pages. It is in very good condition; some minor blemishes on the front cover.
