This is a 1970s smock dress which could have been worn over trousers too.  The main part is curduroy with black felt.  It is a size 10 and it measurses 75 cm in length, is 44 cm across the chest from underneath each arm hole and the sleeves are approximately 44 cm in length.  There are 2 patch pockets in black felt and 8 buttons at the front.  There is no maker's name.
